By accessing our website at shreedex.in or engaging Shreedex for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
Shreedex provides bespoke software engineering and AI development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion and to modify our service offerings without prior notice.
Upon receipt of full payment for a completed project, all custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables become the sole intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
Shreedex retains the right to use open-source libraries, third-party components, and internal tooling in the development of your project. These components remain governed by their respective licenses.
We may reference the existence of your project (e.g., "Built for [Client]") in our portfolio unless you explicitly request confidentiality in writing.
All payment terms are defined in the individual project SOW. Generally:
We treat all client information, project details, and business data as strictly confidential. We do not disclose any project-specific information to third parties without written consent. We are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request before discovery discussions.
Shreedex's total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our deliverables.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, APIs, or platforms that your project integrates with.
You agree not to request or use our services to build systems intended for illegal activities, fraud, deception, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Shreedex reserves the right to terminate any engagement if we determine that our services are being used for harmful purposes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
